The controller adds water cooling thermostat function based on all the control functions and structural advantages of the GN-787E series electric vaporization controller.

Combined with water-cooled electric vaporization burner, it can realize constant temperature vaporization, improve work stability and reliability, and is an upgraded product of electric vaporization.

The controller is a plastic shell moisture-proof structure, with its own lead-out line, which is used for electric heating and alcohol-free gasification stove without fan. In addition to the functions of conventional heating, temperature measurement, temperature control, ignition output, electromagnetic pump gear output, etc. There is a model with its own precision fire regulation to choose, it can realize the stepless precision adjustment and start and stop control of the oil pump flow. This function and the gear position adjustment realize the effect of no need to switch, fire with heart, and start and stop freely.

The system can be connected with a rocker switch, which can be customized with wireless remote control function or infrared anti-air burning function to achieve more intimate operation, control and energy saving effect. 1. Restore the factory settings: first press and hold the “minus” button and then turn on the power. When you see “rEc”, release the “minus” button and press and hold the setting button until you see “SAU”, indicating that the factory reset is successful. The settable parameters are returned to the factory state.

2. Modify the output parameter of the electromagnetic pump: press and hold the setting button for about 5 seconds, display d-1, indicating to enter the first file output parameter setting menu, and then press the setting button, the digital tube displays the current output percentage of the gear, at this time press Increase or decrease the button, the output parameters can be adjusted between 0-100.

★ After adjusting the parameters, press and hold the setting button until you see SAU, indicating that the parameters are saved successfully.

★ After adjusting the first gear parameters, if you need to adjust other gear parameters, you can press the setup button again to return to display d-1, and the data is temporarily stored. Press the minus button to enter d-2, d-3 and other gears in turn, and set the parameters according to the above method. Finally, press and hold the setting button until SAU is displayed, and all parameters before saving are completed at one time.

★ Can't see SAU will not save new parameters! The system still runs as originally.

3, modify the function parameters: display d-5 and then press the minus button, the function menu of the English abbreviation will be displayed.

1 SP menu is the target temperature value option; default value: 190 ° C; setting range: 130-300 ° C.

Meaning: Heating to this temperature stops preheating.

★ Press the setting button to call up the target temperature value. Press the increase or decrease button to change the parameter. The parameter confirmation save method is the same as before. The same applies hereinafter and will be omitted.

★ If you do not press any button for 5 seconds, the setting state will be automatically exited, and the parameter will not be memorized.

2 Ao1 menu is the ignition start temperature value option; default value: 130 ° C; setting range: 100-190 ° C.

Meaning: After reaching this temperature value, it is allowed to start work.

3 SC menu is the error correction value option; default value: 0; setting range: ±20 °C.

Meaning: When the current temperature is found to be different from the value measured by the standard thermometer, this value can be set according to the error value to correct the current temperature value to reduce the error.

4 HHH menu is the high temperature protection value option; default value: 450; setting range: 300-500 ° C, NCP.

Meaning: The system automatically protects after reaching this temperature, and the system forcibly stops the electromagnetic pump output.

NCP has no over-temperature protection. After exceeding 500 °C, HHH is not stopped.

5 ddH menu is the delay ignition time option; default value: 0; setting range: 0-20 seconds.

Meaning: After the electromagnetic pump is working, the ignition output will start after the corresponding time delay.

6 odH menu is the continuous ignition time option; default value: 6; setting range: 1-20 seconds.

Meaning: After the electromagnetic pump is working, the ignition output will stop after the corresponding time.

7 The oPP menu is the boot gear option; the default value is 2; the setting range is 0-5.

Meaning: The value of the fire position when starting up.

8 SPP menu is the shutdown gear option; default value: 1; setting range: 0-1.

Meaning: 1 is automatically returned to the second gear after shutdown, and then boot is the second gear. 0 is to keep the original gear after the shutdown, and then the original gear is activated.

9 SoP menu is the rocker switch start and stop mode option; default value: 1; setting range: 0-1.

Meaning: When the parameter is 0, the system can only start and stop by pressing the start/stop button; when the parameter is 1, the system can increase the function of starting and stopping by pressing the increase/decrease button, the rocker switch or the rotary firepower adjustment knob.

10 FHS menu is soft and hard start option; default value: 1; setting range: 0-1.

Meaning: 0 is a hard start, that is, booting directly from the start gear. 1 is a slow start, that is, it automatically rises from the 2nd gear slowly when it is turned on, until it increases to the gear position before the shutdown. Slow start is only valid when the SPP parameter option is 1.

11 SEP menu is the power knob speed option; default value: 3; setting range: 1-30.

Meaning: The adjustment amount corresponding to the minimum angle of the firepower adjustment knob can also be understood as the speed adjusted during rotation. The smaller the value, the finer the adjustment, the slower it is, and vice versa.

12 2SP menu is water cooling start temperature option; default value: 210 degrees; setting range: target temperature +1 degree – 250 degrees.

The meaning of the parameter is: when the temperature is higher than this temperature, the water cooling is started, and the control temperature is kept below 210.

13 The oPE menu is the inlet valve time factor option; default value: 5; setting range: 0-50.

The meaning of the parameter is: the time coefficient of the inlet valve opening, that is, the continuous water intake. The larger the coefficient, the larger the water intake, and the faster the cooling, and the slower.

14 The CLo menu is the inlet valve closing time option; default value: 10S; setting range: 0-60.

The meaning of the parameter is: control the closing time of the inlet valve, that is, the time to stop the water inlet. The larger the value, the less the water intake, the slower the cooling, and the faster the reverse. work process:

Power on to the OFF state, press the Start / Stop button to enter the preheating state, the heating lamp lights up, the digital tube displays the current temperature and gear position, the output of the heating tube has an output of 220V to start heating, when the temperature reaches 130 °C, the status light Start flashing, the prompt can start combustion, the status light turns to steady after the start, the ignition and the oil pump start to have output and the corresponding indicator lights up. After 6 seconds, the ignition stops, the indicator light goes out, and the combustion state is entered. At this time, there is still output at the output end of the heating tube, and the heating lamp is still lit until the current temperature reaches the target temperature, the heating is stopped and the heating lamp is extinguished.

After the current temperature reaches the target temperature, if the operation is not started by pressing the “Start/Stop” button, the system enters the thermal insulation working state, and the heating and heating is automatically performed. The temperature of the burner is always maintained near the target temperature, ready to start working.

Firepower adjustment method: 1 Press the “increase or decrease” button during the combustion process, and the firepower will gradually increase and decrease the gear position according to the set value of the gear position. 2 Rotating the power knob during the combustion process, the firepower can be continuously and smoothly adjusted.

Stop method: 1 Press the “Start/Stop” button during combustion. 2 Press “Firepower Knob” during combustion. 3 Rotate the “Firepower Knob” counterclockwise to the minimum firepower during combustion and rotate. 4A file status and then press the minus button. 5 first gear state and then operate the rocker switch downshift.

After the temperature of the burner reaches the water-cooling starting temperature during operation, the water-cooled solenoid valve automatically starts and stops until the temperature reaches the starting temperature of -5 °C. Fault code level processing:

★ Display LLL: 1 When the power is turned on, the LLL may be low. In this case, as long as the heating lamp is bright, it will be normal after the furnace is warmed up. 2 During the heating process, the temperature value does not rise and fall, and finally “LLL” is displayed: the polarity of the thermocouple is reversed, and the transfer can be normal. 3 LLL appears on the cooker that has been used for a period of time. First remove the line of the rocker switch do not touch the wire!. If it returns to normal, it means that the rocker switch is caused by water, and it can be replaced.

★ Display HHH: 1 When the power is turned on, HHH is displayed. It may be that the thermocouple related line is not connected or disconnected. After the fault is removed, press the Burn Start/Stop button to return to normal. 2 HHH occurs during the combustion process. This is an over-temperature alarm, that is, the temperature exceeds the maximum value allowed by the system. After stopping the cooling, press the combustion start-stop button to return to normal.

★ Display E-3: Heating failure. 1 If the burner is not hot, the heating tube will be blown or the heating wire will fall off. 2 The heat of the burner is the failure of the thermocouple.

★ There is a deflagration sound when igniting: the pump parameter of the starting gear can be reduced or the ignition can be set to delay 2-3 seconds to start the ignition.
