When the start button is turned on, the fan runs immediately. When the wind pressure switch is turned on, the ignition starts and the 220V electromagnetic pump is started, and the alcohol-based fuel is sprayed. When the fire detector detects the flame controller, the ignition is stopped, and the system enters the normal combustion state.

Fourth, the controller has the following security features

1. The air pressure switch is abnormally protected, that is, if the air pressure switch is disconnected in the normal combustion state, the safety protection stops and flashes the warning.

2. Accidental flameout safety protection, that is, if there is an unexpected flameout in the normal combustion state, it will be re-ignited once, and if it is not in 10 seconds, the safety protection will stop and flash warning.

3. The water level control lacks water protection, that is, the water level probe is detected in the whole process. If there is no water, the protection stops and flashes the warning. When the water level is restored, the warning is released and the standby state is returned.

4. After the safety protection is stopped or the normal shutdown, the fans continue to run, and after cleaning, they are cleaned for 20 seconds.

5. Press the start button in the normal combustion state, the system will stop normally, and the electromagnetic pump and fan will be cleaned.

6. After the accidental safety protection is stopped, you must press the start button to cancel the warning, in order to try again.

7. The status indicator is always on after being activated, such as flashing warning after the accidental safety protection is stopped. Five, flashing warning meaning:

1 flash: pseudo-fire – there is a flame signal before the electromagnetic pump is turned on.

2 Flash: Ignition failure – no flame signal detected after 10 seconds of continuous ignition.

3 Flash: Accidental flameout – The flame signal disappears during normal combustion.

4 flash: short circuit of wind pressure switch – short circuit detected during wind pressure self-test

5 Flash: Wind pressure switch open circuit – When the fan is running, the wind pressure switch is detected to open, which may be a sudden failure of the flue, wind turbine or wind pressure switch.

Fast flashing: The water level probe is free of water – for easy identification and distinct from other faults, it will continue to flash whenever it detects a waterless signal.
